Help us help you
- Send it from the email address on your Defexity account.
- For a scan or finding, include the link to the report from your dashboard.
- Never send passwords, API keys or other secrets.
Specific requests
- Refunds and payments: see the refund policy. You can also reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you.
- Your data: you can download or delete it yourself in Settings. The privacy policy explains your other rights.
- Security problems in Defexity itself, or asking us to stop scanning your site: see the security page.
