Refund policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
Payments for Defexity are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle sells the subscription to you, charges your card, handles tax and sends any refund. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply.
14 days to change your mind
If Defexity is not right for you, ask within 14 days of the first payment for a paid plan or the AI Assistant add-on and you get a full refund. No questions asked.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time on the Billing page. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the current monthly or yearly period, and you are not charged again.
Renewals and plan changes
- Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law where you live requires it.
- Upgrades and downgrades take effect at once and are charged or credited for the time left in the period, so nothing needs refunding.
- Mistakes on our side, such as a double charge or a charge after you cancelled, are always refunded in full.
How to ask for a refund
email defexity.help@gmail.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with; your bank decides how long it takes to appear.
