What it checks
Visible <iframe> elements without a title, aria-label or aria-labelledby.
Why it matters
Screen-reader users hear only "frame" and cannot tell a video, map or checkout form apart.
Recommended fix
Give every iframe a short title describing its content.

Check with a screen reader or axe that each frame is announced with its title.
