Why it matters

Unclear refund terms cause chargebacks and disputes, and payment providers may require a published policy.

Recommended fix

Publish a refund and cancellation policy and link it from pricing, checkout and the footer.

Confirm the refund policy link appears near pricing and in the footer.

First confirm the issue in the code or live config. If it is not present, say so and change nothing.
Task: Add a /refunds page (marked as a draft for review) that explains how to cancel, whether partial periods are refunded, how to request a refund and how long it takes, and link it from the pricing section, checkout and footer.
