First confirm the issue in the code or live config. If it is not present, say so and change nothing.
Task: The production homepage sends a noindex directive (meta robots or X-Robots-Tag). Remove it for production while keeping noindex on preview/staging deployments, for example by checking the deployment environment before adding it.
